The Magical Glimmer Jar

Welcome to the Magical Glimmer Jar. This is a place where you can reflect on the small and special moments you may encounter in your daily life. Perhaps it is a patch of sunlight on your bedroom floor, the feeling of clean sheets, the smell of morning coffee…. or that small moment of seeing a new leaf unfurling on your little kitchen potplant. 

Here, you are invited to gather these small moments if you wish. This can be a way of remembering that even on difficult days, there are glimmers that are worth carrying with you.

Instructions:

Find a clean jar – decorate it if you wish or keep it simple

Print out the attached ‘Magical Glimmer Slips’ or make your own extra special ones!

When you notice something that you feel is a moment of something special, write it or even draw it on a slip, cut it out, and place it in your jar.

On days that are hard, you can pull out a glimmer and be reminded of that special moment ✨
